Houston Beatles/Cover Band Tour
The Houston Beatles/Cover Band tour is available only on Thursday nights from 6:30 to 10:30 PM. We begin this 4-hour tour at Chili's at 2425 Katy Freeway, Texas 77007. The Houston Beatles/Cover Band tour includes us taking you:
- To see 4-story tall statues of the Fab Four from circa 1967.
- The site where the boys played in concert in Houston in 1965.
- The home where Billy Preston (1946 - 2006) lived until he was 3 years old. For those who do not remember, Preston played the organ and keyboards on the popular hits "Let It Be," "Get Back," "Something," as well as other Beatles music during the group's last 2 years. John Lennon proposed the idea of including Billy Preston as the fifth Beatle. He was the only outsider credited with a Beatles song as "Get Back" was by "The Beatles with Billy Preston."
- A concert of great Beatles music played by a local group from 7:30 to 10:00 PM.
